This Privacy Policy explains how „A.I. IURIE VIZITIU” (IDNO 1026023128278, registered office at Chisinau, st. Dimo 15/1 12, MOLDOVA), referred to below as "V-Node", "we" or "us", collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit v-node.pro or use our VPS hosting and storage services (the "Services").
We act as the data controller for the personal data described below, and as a data processor for the content you choose to store on your own virtual servers.

We do not inspect, scan, or process the content you store or run inside your virtual private server, except where necessary to investigate a specific abuse report, to comply with a lawful order, or to protect the security of our infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside Moldova or the EU/EEA that does not offer an equivalent level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the transfer mechanisms offered by our processors, to the extent required by applicable law.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements — as a rule, five years after account closure for billing records. Server-level content is deleted according to the retention window shown in your control panel after a virtual machine is stopped or an account is closed.
Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for login sessions and security and, where you consent, analytics or preference cookies that help us understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS and SSH), access controls, firewall management, and isolation of customer virtual machines from one another. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so that we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by e-mail at least 15 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
